iPad Enclosure with two Docks? Yes check this pic
The Mac Observer shared some interesting phptos of iPad with 2 doc connectors. These connectors will make it easy for iPad to be docked in either landscape or portrait mode. In a blog post, the Mission:Repair said, “Here’s a shot of an iPad back case showing the dock connectors both on the bottom of the iPad (as we’re used to) and on the side of the iPad so you can dock it in landscape mode. Just as we hoped.

Tag Heuer Monaco Twenty Four Calibre 36 Chronograph
Taking one of our favorite lines from Tag Heuer, the Monaco Twenty Four Calibre 36 Chronograph strikes a perfect balance of vintage inspiration and modern-day engineering. The highly technical piece is powered by Tag Heuer’s 36 Calibre movement which beats at an incredible 36,000 vibrations per hour (100x faster than a human heart), is coated with black titanium carbide, and shock-protected by a dynamic absorption system that utilizes four shock-absorbing arms made of aircraft grade polymers, literally suspending the movement within the 40.5mm case.

Looks Like New iPhone CDMA Version Will Hit The U.S By Early 2011
Another source this time NYTimes states tat the iPhone would reach Verizon as early as early 2011. The New York Times ‘ insider, who reportedly had direct access to Apple, didn’t corroborate talk of whether it would use a Qualcomm chip , though Qualcomm’s dominance of CDMA makes it very probable. MacNN reports that: While Apple has simply declined to comment, Verizon has become increasingly vague in its responses and neither explicitly confirming nor denying that plans exist. At the CTIA phone show this week, Verizon executives wouldn’t address the question directly and even put the onus on Apple. When asked if the iPhone would be part of the 4G phone launch at CES, Verizon’s wireless chief Lowell McAdam dodged the question in either direction.

Lindsay Lohan Getting Therapy in Rehab for Twitter Addiction
Not all that long ago we discussed what methods Lindsay could use in order to stay on top of her social media accounts while in prison, after all, the girl is known for being passionate about Twitter and social media in general. Now it turns out that while undergoing rehab at the Betty Ford Center, she is also getting therapy for her addiction to Twitter and e-mail. As a result, she is only allowed to use her phone for two hours a day, in the hopes that this will help her concentrate more on herself. Sources tell us she’s “only allowed to use her phone for two hours a day, and only to keep in touch with family and close friends.” The source added, “Before, she would repeatedly and compulsively e-mail her friends if she was ever in a situation where she felt lonely, and she would vent on Twitter. Damn they better not take away everything that makes Lindsay, Lindsay…..we love her nonsensical tweets! Besides, the last thing she needs is to lose followers after all of this too.

HTC Desire HD and Desire Z are delayed
Reports are coming in from major UK retailers that HTC’s latest and greatest, the Desire HD and Desire Z , have both been delayed. These phones were supposed to launch in the first half of October, but now it seems like they will barely make October and ship at the very end of the month. Customers who’ve pre-ordered either device and inquired to their respective retailer have gotten pretty much the exact same response: the smartphones are delayed due to “Google testing” or “Google Type Approval”. Apparently this is a process that all Android devices must go through, and HTC has been known to have such delays in the past – with the Desire, for example. What you see above is a screengrab from Superetrader, one UK retailer

Beefy battery backup still running after a decade
In 1997 [Michael Butkus Jr.] found an uninterruptible power supply in the dumpster. The batteries were shot, but he needed a backup to keep his pellet stove running for heat, drive the exhaust fan to keep the smoke out of the house, and power his computer and other electronics. After a bit of head scratching he decided to beef up the UPS using deep-cycle batteries

hal 9000 decal: turn your macbook into a murderous machine
MacBooks already have a distinctive Apple logo, but some smart people are doing some really great decals that will make you pause and wonder if you should finally give them a go. The HAL 9000 decal is pretty amazing. It not just reminds me of 2001: Space Odyssey , but also of the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica . This great decal will change the color of your Apple logo to a nice evil red

I’ll Take 2 of Whatever Will Wright is Smoking
Gamers know Will Wright as the amazingly creative mind behind “sandbox” games like SimCity , The Sims , and most recently, Spore . But last year he left behind Maxis, the studio he created to produce those games, and formed Stupid Fun Club , a startup aimed at crafting entertainment projects that go beyond gaming. The first product of his efforts is Bar Karma , a television series (yep, you read that right) that’s set to air on CurrentTV in early 2011. Nothing is known about the show’s premise, but its production style is the big news, because Wright has designed it to be fully interactive — in every way imaginable. Bar Karma will be comprised of four stages of production: 1) Viewers logon to the Bar Karma website and join the online community; 2) Community members submit their ideas for ongoing storylines, including storyboards; 3) Community members vote on their favorite of these ideas; 4) Once a winning idea is selected, production company Worldwide Biggies will “adapt, shoot, produce, and edit” the story into 30 minutes of (hopefully) watchable television.

The new Pogo Stylus for iPhone has a little trick up its sleeve
As the touchscreen era rages on with no end in sight, there’s at least one group out there that tends to go unnoticed: the big-handed. Some call’em Meat Sticks; some call’em Sausage Fingers. Whatever you call big ol’ digits, one things for sure: they make touchscreens painful For the past few years, Ten One Design has offered up the Pogo Stylus as a means of touchscreen frustration salvation for mega-thumbed individuals. Today they’re pushing an updated version built for iPhone 4, and it’s got a bonus feature: it’s also a stand.

Incredible Calvin & Hobbes Fan Art
My love for Calvin & Hobbes knows no bounds. So imagine my fanboy giddiness when I discovered that a blog called Super Punch has recently run a contest for professional-quality fan art of the beloved comic strip. Fans were asked to send in their takes on Calvin & Hobbes — either in strip format, or standard artwork — and three winners were selected. It just so happens that all three took the form of strips, and all three, in my estimation, are good enough to substitute for the real thing (which is very high praise), managing to tap into the same childhood pathos that Bill Watterson so brilliantly channeled in his work. The non-winning entries , of which there are several dozen, are quite impressive too, ranging from interpretive to irreverent.
