According to a report from Gunning for Safety, the safety blog has discovered evidence in the developer preview of iPhone OS 4.0 that Facebook friends and events could be integrated into the new software. “It looks like Apple plans to implement Facebook’s Events into the iPhone’s Calendar app, as well as add Facebook’s friends network to the iPhones contacts database,” the blog wrote.

New Garmins – The Nuvi 3700 Series – Nuvi 3750, 3760T and 3790T
Garmin announced a stunning set of new GPS units – the Nuvi 3750, 3760T, and the 3790T which bring innovation back to the automotive GPS category. The press has all but written off the portable GPS market with the advent of the mobile phone navigators, but the Nuvi 3700 series gives a reason to reconsider.
Gizmodo.com was fortunate to get the first-hand photos of iPhone HD, the fourth-generation of iPhone that is expected to be launched in June. The iPhone HD features a 3.5-inch touch screen (940 x 460 resolution), a digital camera with LED flash on the rear of the phone, and a secondary digital camera on the front for video calling. Like Apple iPad, the iPhone HD has a microSIM card slot, instead of a regular size SIM slot. It has IMEI and UDID.

If you’ve been waiting to pick up a new 30-inch Apple Cinema Display , but were waiting until Apple released an LED-backlit version, there may be hope for you yet.
