BarCap is teaming up with EPAM Systems , the largest and most experienced software engineering services provider in Eastern Europe, which will build and operate the new tech centre in Kyiv. I am hearing more and more from IT managers, directors and administrators about how can they best use Cloud Computing in their environment. IT directors and administrators want the least costly solutions for the companies they represent but at the same time they must balance those costs against security and control of their systems. New technologies are often met with resistance to the point that they are not fully embraced at introduction. So, usually there is a transition period where the technologies or business practices of today are merged with the future technologies of tomorrow that have not yet fully matured such as with the case of all electric powered motor vehicles.
