It was only the other day when Nokia fanatics out there sighed a sigh of relief as the Finnish manufacturer announced their first 12 megapixel camera which had been a flurry of rumours until then. The Nokia N8 which we have reported on previously here , is a top quality Smartphone running Symbian and its capable of recording HD video and has a HDMI output a pretty cool device.

We were a bit taken back the other day when trying to locate the Novatel MiFi 2372 on Bell’s website to no avail, and now we know why — it’s been recalled. According to Bell, the MiFi’s battery is prone to swelling and, not surprisingly, this poses not only a safety risk but may also “[cause] the device to malfunction.” Bell is planning to get MiFi’s back in the hands of its customers just as soon as they can get them replaced by Novatel, but in the meantime every affected customer will be sent a U998 Turbo Stick to tide them over. We all know that the Acer Liquid e is coming to Canada by way of Rogers , but as far as its pricing was concerned, we were pretty much left in the dark when its announcement was made back in February. Mobilesyrup however has got some good friends over on the East Coast who have graciously shared this screenshot showcasing the price of the upcoming Acer Android phone. $374.99 is the supposed contract-free price of the Acer Liquid e which actually isn’t that bad.
