Microsoft today released two commercial video that features HTC Mondrian for AT&T Wireless. The ads don’t mention the specs of the HTC Mondrian, but it looks like a full touch screen phone with a 4.3-inch 800 x 480 pixel display.

Remember MeeGo, the brain child of Nokia and Intel. MeeGo is the new upcoming Linux based mobile open source OS that is being collaboratively developed by Nokia and Intel by integrating their efforts with respect to Linux platform. MeeGo is not readily available yet, but some developers are working towards porting MeeGo on Android based Nexus One smart phone. Thats the beauty of open source mobile OS, if you are a developer the possibilities are endless. The developers will also work torwads porting MeeGo over to HTC Desire and Dell Streak both of them are Android based devices.

Well, according to Neowin it is official. Windows Phone 7 will be rolling out on October 21st in the UK, France, Italy, Spain and Germany with whole bunches of launch events and major partners such as Orange. In addition, there will be a special event hosted by Microsoft on October 11th  in New York City in which I would expect ALL the devices to be formally announced and debuted along with the final version of the OS. No confirmation yet if the 21st will be the launch in the US as well but at this moment I am assuming it will be.
