It seems that T-Mobile will be refreshing their tariff line-up in February, looking to offer consumers ‘ultra flexibility’ with ‘great consumer offers’, which all sounds great until you notice that one of these ‘great consumer offers’ is the removal of all 12 month contract options! If the rumour is true, February will see the discontinuation of all Flext and Combi price plans, which will be replaced with a new range of pay monthly and SIM only deals. These tariffs will allow customers to choose from ‘flexible’ boosters of unlimited texts, landline calls, internet and roaming boosters, to build a price plan that offers more of what users need. A federal appeals court rejected claims that Apple is responsible for hearing loss caused by the iPod, reports Reuters. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals confirmed an earlier ruling that the iPod causes no unreasonable risk of hearing loss. The plaintiffs believed that the ear buds were designed to be placed deep in the ear canal, which could cause hearing loss.
