Blended rates: pros and cons

Outsourcing vendors often use “blended rates” to calculate the monthly / quarterly amounts due by their customers. Simply put, the blended rate is an hourly rate that applies to any single team member, regardless of seniority, from the less experienced developer to the most senior manager, with the possible exception of the top management. Beware! The apparent advantages of blended rates are increased invoice readability, better cash flow predictability, and the illusion for the customer that they are getting the most senior resources at a very attractive price. What usually happens is the opposite.

Nokia 6700 Classic have always had a “bread and butter” phone in their line-up. A mobile phone that could be used by the casual and business user alike with a decent specification and without any unessessary fancy frills or gimmicks. Probably the first one was the Nokia 6310i from around 7 years or more ago which was one of the first phones to feature Bluetooth wireless technology & had a great car kit too. This was then followed 2 years later by the equally popular Nokia 6230i which did everything that the 6310i did & more and included a colour display.

The Leading Blu-ray Technology

Sony is the architect of the blu-ray technology that can abundance the abounding breadth cine in the architecture of HDTV and with the aforementioned sized deejay as DVD or the CD.
